We have been keeping our eyes and ears open for SXSW 2009 band announcements, making note of every band who will be performing in the 512 during SXSW, and the list continues to grow with each new day. While many of the hot, buzz-worthy acts are still keeping their announcement close to the vest, there are plenty of artists more than willing to let us know their plans for March 18-22. We will have dozens of foreign visitors, Welsh, Scottish, Australian, Alaskan, Norwegian, Brazilian, Irish, those countries and more will be represented at SXSW this year.

Once again, this is not an official list. These bands will be seen anywhere from day parties at the Yard Dog Gallery, to the patio at Artz Rib House, and of course at official SXSW showcases. Keep an eye on SXSW.com for all official announcements.
