Pachanga Latino Music Festival

The Pachanga Latino Music Festival, Austin’s only Latin-themed music, cultural arts and food festival is being held at Fiesta Gardens in Austin on Saturday, May 30th. The one-day festival will once again close out Austin’s Latino Music Month and showcase a vibrant blend of Latino-created music and art.

The Pachanga lineup includes rock, alternative, tejano, mariachi, cumbia, salsa, electronic, funk, hip-hop and some indie rock too. Artists include Norteño superstar Michael Salgado, Mexican Institute of Sound (fresh off their Coachella run), Brownout, Ocote Soul Sounds, Davíd Garza, Gaby Moreno, Los Bad Apples and The Chris Perez band.

Pachanga Fest will also showcase cuisine from Austin’s favorite Latin American and Mexican restaurants and an array of craft vendors. New to this year’s festival will be Niños Rock Pachanga, a hands-on kids area that will feature cultural activities, dance lessons, music performances and artists appearances. For those wishing to bring their family, kids under 12 are free with a paid adult.
