Cherrypeel is a new music website that helps bring artists and listeners together. Up until now, major labels, radio stations, and TV channels have been the only ones with the power to decide which artists and genres that get heard. The goal of Cherrypeel is to democratize music by giving each listener the right to vote on the songs they want others to hear, in turn giving new artists a platform to get their music heard.

Cherrypeel invites you to join the democratic music revolution with Pop Your Cherry!, a fantastic event taking place at American Legion Hall on Friday, August 21st from 9 pm to 2 am. Featuring the Learning Secrets DJs Ian Orth and Jeramy Neugent spinning the choicest cuts, come out and take advantage of an open bar, play some fun games on the lawn, and show off your skills at Rock Band while enjoying a Vodka Sno Cone.

There will also be onsite screenprinting, t-shirt giveaways, a photo booth, and a special appearance by the Cherrypeel/Dripping Springs Vodka specialty drink. True to their mission, Cherrypeel will be giving away one week of complimentary featured artist promotions to bands that attend this event. Sponsored by Flip Scene, Dripping Springs Vodka, Sanctuary Printshop, Lone Star Beer and Sweet Leaf Tea.

This is a private event, and you must RSVP at the link to gain admission. 21+ only please. Do512 also has 5 pairs of passes for giveaway to random winners who Click “I Like It!” here.
